Project Introduction
Origin Water needed business cards for their distributors, and asked me to design some at the same time I was designing their web site.
My Role
Design and photography. The logo was not my work.
Method
As a mineral water company, I knew that water would need to feature on the design is some way. I had the idea of photographing the moving surface of clear water to give the design a dynamic and refreshing feel to it. I used a glass jug, tripod and my camera’s self timer with a macro lens to get the shot used. I then edited the shot by increasing the contrast, hue and saturation until I got the desired, almost abstract feel.
